The images shown here were originally collated and labelled by Narrow seas member Tom Felgate.  The resulting slideshow was shown on the club’s epidiascope – an early form of projector which could display both opaque and transparent objects enlarged on a screen. Unfortunately these devices created a lot of heat and transparencies were often damaged. This was the fate of many of the Narrow Seas original slides but current club member John Hasselgren scanned and restored the glass plate  images and the put together the video you see here.
